In consultation with the town planning department, we created an extension towards the street, which retains the vintage workshop feel.
The kitchen is nestled in the 10m2 extension
The extension served as a setting for a kitchen with a resolutely industrial style, stainless steel units, black granite worktop and brick splashback.

The living room benefits from a view of the kitchen and its contribution of overhead light. The floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
Mont Valérien elevation
This project transformed an architecturally unattractive house built in the 1980s by raising one floor and cladding part of the facade with Quartz zinc and a complete renovation and restructuring of the entire house.

A powerful architectural statement brings this 1980s house into the 21st century. An extension has added a new level.

The owners wanted to erase all traces of the old house, which was completely renovated, and redevelop it using a stairwell that acts as a light well thanks to skylights mounted in glass.

The traditional facade of the houses of the Île de France with its millstone and brick decor is highlighted by a Mansard roof covered with zinc for more modernity.
Volume and insulation
The traditional fir frame provides very good insulation using wood fiber panels for a more reasonable carbon footprint.

The roofing, carried out by quality roofers, is made with standing seams for a graphic effect.
